How the interview process works

These are the steps.

One rule sits above all of it. Every step has to be passed to move to the next one.

Some steps are only run for some roles.

The whole process at a glance

Who does each step is marked on it. Every arrow only happens if the step above it was passed.

How many interviews there are

Several. Each assessment is an interview. The Happy, Hungry, Aware conversation is not a separate one: it happens inside the intro call at step 2. Some roles have others on top of those.

Ask your questions at every one of them. That is how you work out whether the role is what you want, and we would rather you asked early than found out later.

One thing is final rather than repeated. A go test failed on the first call is failed. There is no second attempt at it and it is not re checked further along.

The assessments

You are only given the ones your role needs. They are live, on video, and there is nothing to prepare. No notes, no search, and no AI. Everything else you need to know is given to you when the assessment starts.
